Connect Konimbo to Insytix
tf.js embed, Konimbo site type, and order tracking in the dashboard.

// Paste before </head>
Konimbo is one of Israel's leading e-commerce platforms, with thousands of small and medium stores. Insytix connects to Konimbo in two layers: the tf.js script for visitor, lead, and traffic source tracking — and a Webhook for accurate order sync with full customer details. This guide explains both steps, Konimbo site type setup in the dashboard, and how to verify orders and alerts arrive in real time.
Before you start
Make sure you have an Insytix account, an active Konimbo store, and access to Konimbo admin (store settings, tracking code). For Webhook you'll need API permissions from Konimbo — contact Konimbo support and request Webhook / API Token activation. In Insytix set site type to Konimbo before expecting order data.
- Insytix account + active Konimbo store
- Konimbo store settings access
- Optional for full accuracy: Webhook/API permissions
- 15–20 minutes for full setup
Step 1: Paste tf.js tracking code
Copy the full tracking block from the Insytix dashboard. In Konimbo admin, find the tracking code / scripts / Head tags area (location varies by interface version — usually store settings → marketing or custom code). Paste the entire block: __INSYTIX_CONFIG__, meta tags, and tf.js with defer and data-no-optimize. Save and publish.
- Copy full block from Insytix dashboard
- Paste in Konimbo Head code area
- Save and publish the store
Step 2: Set Konimbo site type
In the Insytix dashboard → site settings → site type, select Konimbo (Store). This enables the commerce dashboard: orders, abandoned carts, revenue, and traffic source tracking for purchases. Without this, tf.js still tracks visitors and leads — but won't sync orders in full commerce format.
Step 3: Order tracking on Konimbo
Most Konimbo stores rely on tf.js with Konimbo site type — the script detects orders, abandoned carts, and payment events directly from the browser. Ensure the code is embedded in the store HTML (not just the admin panel) and site type is set to Konimbo in Insytix dashboard → Site management.
- Paste tf.js in Konimbo Head code area
- Set Konimbo site type in dashboard
- Orders detected automatically via tf.js
- No separate Webhook UI needed in Insytix
Step 3 (legacy): Webhook — not required for most stores
Older guides mentioned a Webhook via a UI that does not exist in the dashboard. Today tracking works via tf.js. If you have a direct Konimbo API integration — contact support.
Visitor and lead tracking on Konimbo
Even without Webhook, tf.js tracks page_view, tel: clicks (phone_click), store contact forms (form_submit), and traffic sources (UTM, Google Ads, Facebook). Leads appear in the Leads tab. Useful for stores receiving pre-purchase questions — e.g. "Is this product suitable for a 5-year-old?"
Orders, carts, and push alerts
With Konimbo site type, tf.js detects orders and abandoned carts in the dashboard — with order number, amount, products, and arrival source when events are available on the page. Enable push alerts in the dashboard — new order or abandoned cart arrives on your phone instantly.
Traffic sources for purchases
Add UTM parameters to your campaign links on Facebook, Google, and Instagram. tf.js stores UTM for the entire session, and Insytix attaches them to orders. See in the dashboard that the "Passover sale" campaign brought 40 orders vs "new product" with 12 — with amounts in shekels.
Verify installation
Browse the store in incognito — check real-time in Insytix. View Source: tf.js and ins_ in HTML. Place a test order (fake payment if possible) — order should appear in Orders tab. If only visitors arrive without orders: check Konimbo site type and Webhook. Green status on **Embed** page.
Troubleshooting
No visitors: verify code is in store HTML, not just admin panel. Missing orders: Webhook not connected or wrong Token. Carts not appearing: verify Konimbo site type. Duplicates: don't paste tf.js twice. Konimbo support: for API/Webhook issues contact Konimbo; for dashboard issues — Insytix support.
Still stuck? Request team assistance
Try the steps above first. If tracking still isn't active — dashboard → **Embed** → at the bottom, **Request team assistance**. We need **site admin access only** (WordPress Admin, Wix collaborator, etc.) — not hosting panel or site migration. Application Password or temporary user recommended; passwords are not stored in the app.
Konimbo and digital marketing in Israel
Most Konimbo stores in Israel advertise on Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Insytix shows which campaign drove each order — not just clicks. Add UTM to every link in paid posts or newsletters. Combine Webhook (order accuracy) with tf.js (visitors and leads) — two complementary layers. Store owners managing their own campaigns can check the dashboard without logging into Konimbo Admin.
Frequently asked questions
Is Webhook required? No — tf.js is enough for visitors and leads; Webhook recommended for accurate orders with customer details. Works with all Konimbo plans? Yes, as long as you can paste Head code. How fast until order appears? Seconds with Webhook; minutes with tf.js alone. See customer name and phone? Yes, with full Webhook. GA alongside? Yes. Insytix replaces Konimbo reports? Complements — Insytix adds traffic source, push, and leads.

Summary
Konimbo store with Insytix: paste tf.js, set Konimbo type, connect Webhook for full accuracy, and enable push. You'll get visitors, leads, orders, abandoned carts, and traffic sources — in Hebrew, in real time, built for Israeli businesses.
