Install on E-Shop

Embed the tracking script on an Israeli E-Shop store.

E-Shop (eShop) is a popular Israeli e-commerce platform for online stores. Insytix connects to your E-Shop store by pasting the tf.js script in the admin panel and setting the eShop site type in the dashboard. This guide explains where to paste code, how to sync orders, and how to get push alerts on sales and abandoned carts — just like WooCommerce and Konimbo.

Before you start

Make sure you have an Insytix account, an active E-Shop store, and admin panel access (usually admin.eshop.co.il or similar per provider). You need permissions to edit tracking code / Head tags. In Insytix register a site with your store's public domain (e.g. shop.example.co.il).

  • Insytix account + active E-Shop store
  • E-Shop admin panel access
  • Tracking code / Head permissions
  • 10–15 minutes for setup and verification

Paste tf.js tracking code

Copy the full tracking block from the Insytix dashboard — including the __INSYTIX_CONFIG__ script, meta tags (insytix-tracking-id, insytix-endpoint), and external tf.js script with defer, data-no-optimize, and data-cfasync. In E-Shop admin, go to store settings → marketing / custom code / Head tags (name varies by version). Paste the full block before closing Head, save and publish.

  • Copy full block — not just tf.js URL
  • Paste in Head / tracking code area
  • Save and publish the store

Set eShop site type

In the Insytix dashboard → site settings → site type, select eShop. Saving enables the commerce dashboard: orders (eshop_order), abandoned carts, revenue, and traffic source tracking for purchases. Without this you only get visitor and lead tracking from tf.js — not full order sync.

Order sync from E-Shop

When a customer completes an E-Shop purchase, Insytix receives an order event with order number, amount, products, and arrival source (UTM). The order appears in the dashboard Orders tab within seconds. If your E-Shop has Webhook or API integration, configure it in Features in the Insytix dashboard for maximum accuracy — especially for full customer details.

  • Real-time orders in Orders tab
  • Amount, products, and order number
  • Traffic source (UTM / Google Ads)

Abandoned carts and push alerts

Insytix detects customers who added products to cart but didn't complete checkout. The cart appears in the dashboard with available details and traffic source. Enable push alerts in Insytix dashboard → Notifications — for new orders and abandoned carts. A store owner running Facebook ads can follow up before the customer buys elsewhere.

Lead and inquiry tracking

Beyond commerce, tf.js tracks page_view, tel: clicks (phone_click), store contact forms (form_submit), and WhatsApp clicks. Leads appear in the Leads tab with status and arrival source. Useful for stores receiving questions about products, shipping, or stock availability.

Traffic sources and UTM

Add UTM parameters to campaign links (Facebook, Google, Instagram, newsletter). tf.js stores parameters for the entire session and Insytix attaches them to orders. Know which campaigns drive real sales in shekels — not just clicks.

Verify installation

Browse the store in incognito — check real-time in Insytix. View Source on homepage: tf.js, ins_, and __INSYTIX_CONFIG__. Place a test order — order should appear in Orders tab. If only visitors: check eShop site type. Green status on **Embed** page.

Troubleshooting

No visitors: code not in public HTML — check publish and Head placement. Missing orders: site type not eShop or API not configured. Duplicate data: remove duplicate script. Forms not counted: ensure standard HTML submit. Cache: purge store CDN cache if applicable.

Still stuck? Request team assistance

Try the steps above first. If tracking still isn't active — dashboard → **Embed** → at the bottom, **Request team assistance**. We need **site admin access only** (WordPress Admin, Wix collaborator, etc.) — not hosting panel or site migration. Application Password or temporary user recommended; passwords are not stored in the app.

E-Shop and Israeli businesses

E-Shop is popular among medium-sized Israeli stores — clothing, gifts, electronics, food. Insytix gives store owners what built-in E-Shop reports lack: traffic source per order, leads from contact forms, abandoned carts with push alerts, and a Hebrew interface. Pasting tf.js is step one; setting eShop type is step two — without it you won't see orders in commerce format.

Frequently asked questions

Is E-Shop different from Konimbo? Yes — separate platforms; choose correct type in Insytix. Need a developer? No — paste in admin panel is enough. Works with Israeli payments? Yes, as long as order is recorded in E-Shop. GA alongside? Yes, connect from dashboard. Is there Webhook? Check Features in Insytix dashboard for API connection. How many sites per account? Multiple sites per plan.

E-Shop vs other platforms

If considering migration from E-Shop to Konimbo or WooCommerce — Insytix supports all with separate tracking ID per site. Historical data stays on old site; new site starts fresh. Plan migration: install tf.js on new site before launch, set correct site type, and place test order. E-Shop suits stores already on the platform — no need to migrate just for Insytix.

Summary

E-Shop store with Insytix: paste tf.js, set eShop type, verify with test order, and enable push. You'll get visitors, leads, orders, abandoned carts, and traffic sources — in Hebrew, in real time.
